Jeff Moore is a community leader, small business owner & family man who cares about the city of Omaha
Jeff Moore is a lifelong resident of Omaha who has lived in Millard for over 20 years. Jeff grew up in South Omaha, graduated from Gross Catholic High School and the University of Nebraska. Jeff married his high school sweetheart Geri, and this year they will be celebrating 33 years of marriage together. They have one son, TJ who graduated from Creighton University and is a professional photographer.
Jeff describes himself as "more of a jeans than jacket guy. I like to play guitar and golf, but I'm not really all that good at either". He can often be found at live music shows big or small. He loves the city of Omaha.
Jeff has been a small business owner for over 30 years and feels that small businesses are the backbone of our community. Jeff’s business was built on honesty, hard work and his ability to listen and communicate with his clients.
Having a successful business gives Jeff the opportunity to give back to the community. He has been actively involved in organizations throughout Omaha for many years. He was appointed and is a current member of the Omaha Planning Board. Jeff has served on boards for his parish and his former high school and is currently an active volunteer at the Omaha Visitor’s Center and the Omaha Food Bank. In the past, Jeff has volunteered for The American Heart Association, Special Olympics, and Make-A-Wish Foundation to name a few.
My agenda as your City Councilman is Omaha.
